This tag seems to be doing the rounds. I have enjoyed reading others, so I thought I would have a go!!

1. What time did you get up this morning?   
8.30am...my little boy gave me a wonderful lie in this morning.  Usually up a lot earlier, normally around 6.30am

2. How do you like your steak?   
Medium Rare with a hunk of blue cheese on top!

3. What was the last film you saw in the Cinema?  
So so long ago I cannot remember, but the last DVD we watched was Inception....thought it was genius, I didn't expect to like it as my husband picked it!

4. What is your favourite tv show?  
Addicted to 'May the Best House Win' at the moment, as I am nosey
and love having a peek at other people's houses.

5. Where would you like to live if you could choose anywhere in the world?
West Coast of Ireland - I have spent alot of summer holidays there and totally love it.  White beaches, turquoise water, magnificent mountains, great music and a wonderfully laid back way of life.

6. What did you have for breakfast?  
Yummy chocolate croissants and about 3 cups of tea!

7. What is your favourite cuisine?
I enjoy all food.  But we do have a fabulous local Cantonese Restaurant/Takeaway which we indulge in for the occasional treat.

8. What food do you dislike?
Fruit Cake

9. Place to eat? 
Outside in our garden on a hot balmy night!

10. Most annoying habit?  
I asked my husband this one and he says...'Yawning loudly and repeatedly when we go to bed'!

11. you are....?  
A very happy Mummy and Wife

12. Favourite clothes?  
I love wearing a pretty dress with pretty tights or smock/tunic with leggings.

13. Where would you visit if you had the chance?
I would love to go on an adventure to Canada, also my husband and I have always fancied doing the Norwegian Fjords.

14. Cup 1/2 empty or 1/2 full?  
Definately 1/2 full.

15. Where would you want to retire?  
Wherever my family are.  Home for me will always be where my family are.

16. Favourite time of day?
Morning.  Ever since having my little boy, I am an early riser.  We have breakfast together and Michael and I (most mornings) get togged up and go for a walk.  We live on a Stately Home Estate and our house is on the lakeside, so we generally go for a walk around the lake.  I always find it so still and magical at that time in the morning... I especially love it when a mist sits on the water.  Michael loves the swans and the ducks.  Always a great start to the day!

Durham City

18. What is your favourite sport to watch? 
I am not really into any sports.  But I am subjected to it when the Tour de France is on each year, as my husband is a keen cyclist.

19. Bird Watcher?  
Not really.

20. Morning person or night person?
Morning person, unless a night involves a couple of glasses of wine!

21. Do you have any pets?  
Four dogs - Gizzy (terrier), Rocky (springer spaniel), Jasper (black lab) and Brandy (cocker spaniel).

22. What did you want to be when you were little?  
When I was little I wanted to be a Nurse.

23. What is your best childhood memory?  
Building our tree house.  My brother and I built the most amazing tree house, almost 30 years ago, in my Mum and Dad's garden.  My brother built the structure with my Dad and Mum and I kitted it out with curtains and carpet.  God, we had hours and hours fun.  It still exists today and has become quite a local landmark.  I have heard people on many occasion refer to my parents house as the 'House with the tree house'.  I wouldn't dare climb up the ladder anymore though.

24. Cat or dog person?  
Dog.

25. Married?  
Yes to to my hansome best buddy.

26. Always wear your seatbelt?  
Always.

27. Been in a car accident?  
Never...touch wood!

28. Any pet peeves?
Idiotic young lads who think it is so cool to race around our local market town in their suped up cars.  It is dangerous and NOT COOL! The police just seem to ignore it too!

29. Favourite pizza topping?  
Goats Cheese and Roast Peppers...Yum!

30. Favourite flower ?
Tulips and peony roses

31. Favourite ice cream?  
A really good creamy Vanilla and also Strawberry and Mascarpone

32. How many times did you fail your driving test?  
Passed first time...I think I am a really good driver, although my husband would probably disagree.

33. From whom did you get your last email?
From the people I used to work for...they were wishing me a Happy New Year.

34. Do anything spontaneous lately?  
I have found this one really hard to answer, as I honestly cannot think of anything.  I have decided though I should do more spontaneous things, as I could be considered a little boring.

35. Like your job?  
Love it...Mummy to the most gorgeous little boy and house wife to my gorgeous husband.

36. Which store would you use to max out your credit card?  
For clothes it would be The White Stuff and for homeware it would be Avoca in Ireland.

37. Broccoli?  
Yes I love it.  I can make a great cold broccoli salad.  I break up raw broccoli  and mix with finely chopped red onion, crispy bacon , grated red leicester, mayo, a touch of white wine vinegar and a pinch of sugar.  Delicious!  I used to manage and run a big Butchers and Deli/ Food Shop for a Michelin Starred Restaurant and it was one of our best sellers in the deli counter.

38. Favourite vacation?  
We love going to the Dales either camping or caravaning. 

39. Last person you went out to dinner with?  
My husband and little boy

40. What are you listening to right now?
I totally love Paloma Faith at the moment.  I am also a Radio 2 girl. 

41. Favourite colour?  
I love greens.

42. How many tattoos do you have?  
None

43. How many are you tagging for this quiz?  
No one, but if anyone fancies having a go after they have read mine...they are welcome to copy and paste.

44. Coffee drinker?  
No...I am a total tea addict!

45. Smoker?  
No..I used to smoke, but gave up on our Wedding day.

46. Irritating habit?  
I am generally a very happy person...but sometimes I can get too over excited about things and can exhaust myself and others.

47. Guilty pleasure?  
Blogging, crocheting and losing myself in romance novels.

48. Frustrated...?  
With my tiny kitchen.  It is small but perfectly formed.  BUT I often dream of a bigger kitchen.  I was brought up in a house where the kichen was centre of family life and everything went on around the kitchen table.  You can only fit one person at a time in my kitchen.  I love cooking and I love my collections of crockery....but such little space.  I would love a big farmhouse style kitchen and have all my lovely stuff out all the time!!

49. Favourite game?  
Not really a game person....I have a super competitive husband, which kinda takes the shine off  any games, as I never win and never hear the end of it!!

50. Coast or inland?  
Coast...nothing really compares to a winter walk along a beach for blowing the cobwebs away!!
