With Spring in our step!

This morning we woke up to a very misty day...but with the promise of sunshine on the weather forecast, we pulled on our hiking boots, plotted a walk on the ordnance survey map and headed out for the day. ...and what a beauty it turned out to be

We are lucky to live on the edge of the North York Moors, so we are spoilt for choice in walks and hikes. Today we decided to follow the river up through Falling Foss and Littlebeck.

...we had a great game of 'pooh sticks' on the bridge, but my little boy starting getting a little too ambitious with his choice of sticks!

Let's hope we don't revert back to any cold weather and spring is here to stay!
