A Catch Up in Pictures
I am so sorry I have been absent for months. I have had a couple of concerned emails from followers, asking where I have disappeared to, so I promise I am going to make a good 'New Year' effort at catching up with things on my blog.
Lets start with some photos from the last few months!

Lets start with some photos from the last few months!
My little boy's 2nd birthday. This fab cake was made by our dear friends
...thank you very much Nick and Bev!
With a birthday day out to Newby Hall near Ripon. We would definately recommend it to anyone with children.
We had a fabulous holiday in October to Keswick in the Lake District. We borrowed a caravan and sited up for a week overlooking Derwent Water. It was so good we have already booked again for next year!
This is the Rheged Centre outside Penrith, that we headed to on the first day. The weather was so foul we had to find something to do indoors. We were bowled over by this place, its like a shopping centre for local art and crafts, with an amazing restaurant overlooking a big waterfall. We even participated in pottery painting.
When the weather was finer we set out on the walking trails. Our 2 year old covered a huge amount of miles over the week.
Do you like the knitted gaiters - thanks Gran!
Amazingly - we spotted a red squirrel in the wild! Sorry this is the clearest picture we managed to take, as he was a speedy little chap!
This was the view from our caravan pitch. Beautiful, eh?
And then there was the Christmas Homespun and Vintage Fair in Pickering - which was a roaring success as always.
Christmas at my Mum and Dad's
And the last few days have been full of winter walks with the dogs and lazy afternoons on the sofa!
My darling husband pulling me up the driveway on the sledge!
Over the next week I will make sure to show you some pics of my latest crochet projects
...I have been rather busy!
Till next time x
